Guest have unlimited, free access to Easton Walled Gardens, as they do if staying at The Gatehouse Lodge

The Victorian School House has been designed using the same influences as The Gatehouse Lodge, creating a similar feel, but with its own identity. 

The Easton Estate is home to Easton Walled Gardens and The Cholmeley Arms with its home cooked food, roaring fires and beer on tap, which is within easy walking distance of the cottage.

Easton Walled Gardens are about 3 miles from Burton-le-Coggles and as a guest of The School House, you have free access to the gardens at all times, even when closed to the general public. Explore the rediscovered gardens of the former Easton Hall, and enjoy nearly 12 acres of beautiful grounds, with seasonal highlights from snowdrops to sweet peas, and from tulips and daffodils to roses and meadows.
